Animal-Based Blender Protein Waffles

Ingredients
1 cup Gluten Free 1:1 flour
2 scoops of unflavored Equip protein powder (discount code bewellshel)
pinch of sea salt
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 cup of Greek yogurt
2 eggs
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
Instructions
In a blender, add in the wet ingredients first (egg, milk, butter, vanilla) then the dry ingredients (flour, protein, baking soda, salt, cinnamon).
Blend until smooth and incorporated, scrape the side as needed.
Follow the waffle iron manufacturer’s directions to make waffles with the batter.
Top with some grass-fed butter and REAL maple syrup and enjoy!
Note:
To make gluten free: substitute the flour for 1:1 Gluten Free Flour Mix.
To make dairy free: substitute milk for unsweetened coconut or nut milk and swap the butter for coconut oil.
The Equip protein powder is made with beef isolate (no you can't taste it) and is gluten and dairy free.
You can batch make these and freeze for later use.
