How to Increase Your Minerals with the One Drink Method


Fast Oxidizers- need more calcium and magnesium (to slow down and calm)

Slow Oxidizers- need more potassium and sodium (to speed up)

(based on individual HTMA test results)


Adrenal Cocktail 

Good for slow and fast oxidizers, low Na/K, low Na/Mg, and/or high Ca/K


Recipe:

  • 4oz- fresh orange 

  • 4oz coconut or filtered water

  • 1/2 tsp- cream of tartar

  • 1/4 tsp- Celtic or Redmond’s salt


(for a summer treat make these into popsicles)


OR 


Jigsaw Adrenal Cocktail powder mixed in water or OJ


Need extra? 

Potassium- add coconut milk/cream or coconut water or double cream of tartar 

Sodium-add a pinch of Celtic or Redmond salt

Calcium- add raw cream or yogurt and blend (for fast ox)

Magnesium- eat with a handful of cashews or almonds (for fast ox)



Natural Electrolytes "Homemade Gatorade" 

Good for slow oxidizers or low Na/K ratios 


Recipe: 

  • 8oz-16oz of coconut or filtered water

  • fresh lemon or lime juice

  • 1/2 tsp- Celtic or Redmond salt

  • Raw honey or maple syrup to sweeten (optional)

  • Simmer chicken or beef bones in filtered water with any veggie scraps for 8+ hours, add protein and veggies to make a soup.
